A glass of beer for 2 euro - Belgian beer weekend at Brasserie Lambic!

On September 7th and 8th beer lovers can feel themselves in Belgium without leaving Moscow!

All the restaurants of Brasserie Lambic will host a Belgian beer weekend - exactly as they traditionally do in Brussels. The whole weekend guests are offered 20 beers for only 2 €* for a glass of 0,33 and Belgian specialties with a 20% discount.

The guests should certainly taste the live mussels brought to the restaurant in sea water, in Bisque, Roquefort, Bearnaise and tomato sauces (for 500 gr. and 1520 gr, for 1 kg), warm salad "Fume" with hunting sausages ($390), as well as - Parmesan potato waffles with salmon and hollandaise sauce ($390) and sweet Belgian waffles (330 rubles) - performed by Chef Arthur Nam.

As many as 20 Belgian beers will be pouring from the taps, including the legendary Pauwel Kwak - ale with nougat and caramelized banana aroma, classic Mort Subite Witte with unforgettable notes of apricot and spices, the famous dessert beer Delirium Red and much more.

On March 26 at 7:30 p.m., Lambic Collection at 12s1 Zvenigorodskaya 2nd Street will host a dinner featuring a tasting of sparkling wines and champagne. During the dinner, together with sommelier Roman Meshitbaev, we will taste 7 wines ranging from Champagne to historic Pet-Nats. Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, has prepared a 5-course meal to complement the wines: First Course  — Pet-Nat Rosé — Roasted Italian olives with kombu — Pretzel with ham butter Second course — Tuna tartare in tofu inari with quail egg — 2024 “Miraval”, Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore,  Bellenda Third Course — Salmon with Peking-style vegetables in hoisin sauce on a crispy tortilla — Idolo Metode Traditionel Rose Brut — Relats de Viticultors Brut Nature  Fourth Course — Dorado fillet with zucchini spaghetti and tom yum sauce — Champagne Soutiran “Signature” Grand Cru Brut from a magnum — Champagne Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Herve Brisson “Le Long du Chemin” (decanted) Fifth Course — Tarte Tatin made with seasonal apples, caramel sauce, and vanilla ice cream — Bosc d’La Rei Moscato d’Asti DOCG Batasiolo 2024 Ticket price per person: 11,900 rubles Guests arrive at 7:00 PM.
