We’ve launched an updated Beer Altas, and we can’t wait to introduce you to its new products!
Two varieties from the oldest brewery in Upper Bavaria appeared on faucets: mild and refreshing Schnitzlbaumer Hell and wheaten Schnitzlbaumer Weisse.
Also returning is the famous Timmermans cherry lambic. Kriek Lambicus. Timmermans branded lambics have preserved the tradition of producing this magnificent drink for 300 years and are the world’s oldest fruity Belgian beer.
Blanche de Namur — white wheat beer of the highest quality. This beer surprises with its roundness and delicacy, delicate acidity and almost complete absence of bitterness. His fragrance — refined, with spicy notes of coriander and curacao orange. «Blanche de Namur» — know-how of the Du Bocq brewery, it won the title of best Wietbier in 2009, 2013 and 2014 according to the WBA.
Filou / Filou (Filou) — this fresh addition to Van Hoonsburk’s already known line was released in 2014 . Using Belgian and Czech aroma hops, Filou offers soft fruitiness and light hop bitterness.

Dear guests, we wish you a Happy New Year! At Lambic Collection, we will be serving invigorating Pho Bo soup throughout the holidays, complemented by our signature Sater Premium Lager beer, refreshing Belle-Fleur hopped ale, or a shot of Arktika vodka at a special price of 890₽. We have also updated our menu: we now prepare brisket from the smoker, traditional French escargot snails, updated tuna and salmon tartares, added five new salads, grilled sausages, and many more new items can be found on the bar and wine list!
