Gastronomic dinner on December 4 at Lambic Seafood

On Wednesday, December 4, we celebrate the second birthday of Lambic Seafood with a sparkling gastronomic dinner together with Simple. 

A selection of 5 excellent sparkling wines from sommelier Maxim Kurokhtin will be complemented by author's set from chef Evgeniy Goncharov.

We start with oysters and bellini at 19.30!

Starter: Imperial oyster with mango | Cocktail Bellini 

 — Beef tartare with porcini mushrooms, miso cream with persimmon and rice chips with pumpkin.

Cava Sumarroca Brut Reserva | Penedes, Spain | ABV 12%

 — Brioche bun waffle with prosciutto, brie cheese, figs and balsamic

Veuve Ambal Blanc de Blancs Brut | Burgundy, France | ABV 12%

 — Gedza with salmon, shrimp and cod, on a bed of white wine mousse with horseradish and pumpkin powder.

Haus Osterreich Riesling Sekt | Lower Austria, Austria | ABV 12.5%

 — Duck leg marinated in plum with creamy topinambour risotto, sea buckthorn sauce and pumpkin chips

Champagne Brimoncourt Brut Regence Champagne, France ABV 12.5%.

 — Tiramisu with mascarpone persimmon cream and aperol.
