Gastronomic dinner at Lambic Seafood in collaboration with Pasta & Basta

On Sunday, August 27, Lambic Seafood in Maliy Gnezdnikovsky Lane 12 will host a gastronomic dinner together with the Italian restaurant Pasta and Basta.

Alexander Zverev (Lambic Seafood) and Denis Shelepnev (Pasta and Basta), have prepared 6 servings of dishes, and Simple brand ambassador Maxim Kurokhtin will present 6 servings of wine.

Denis Shelepnev — chef of Pasta & Basta, has extensive experience in Moscow premium-class restaurants, including a restaurant awarded with two Michelin stars!

Alexander Zverev — chef of Lambic Seafood with extensive experience in different areas of cuisine. He completed a training course at the two Michelin-starred restaurant Artest.

The sommelier of the gastronomic dinner is Maxim Kurokhtin, brand ambassador of Simple, who has been working in the sphere for 7 years. At the dinner he will tell about the variety of Mediterranean wines, present to the guests both classic varieties and interesting performances of innovators.

Italian musician Maurizio is responsible for the musical accompaniment of the evening.

    The wine has a brilliant garnet red color. Expressive aromas of ripe currants, blackberries and violets are complemented by notes of tobacco and spices.

    Pale golden colored sherry with distinct mineral brackish notes. Dry and tangy flavor with a fresh, spicy and lingering aftertaste.

We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join the largest beer festival in the world! We start with crispy brezel with torn pork in demiglace sauce and cheese sauce, which we prepare on the basis of cheddar and gorgonzola. For hot, we take a potato waffle with Munich sausage and half a chicken in crispy breading with mustard aioli and pickled cabbage. Pair it all with German brews from Beer Atlas! The star of the menu is traditionally pork knuckle, which the guests and the whole Lambic team have been waiting for so much! Meet the largest gastronomic project in the world in terms of the number of participating cities and participating restaurants — RRF 2024, which will be held at Lambic Seafood from October 15 to 30. This year we are celebrating our two-year anniversary and in the set we have tried to reflect the immense love for seafood and for our guests. We hope that this set will be another reason to come back to Lambic Seafood and dive headfirst into the world of marine gastro-discovery! The set includes 5 courses: — Tuna tartare with sesame kimchi, avocado carpaccio and parsley powder.— Fresh roll with Magadan shrimp and house aioli, served with ponzu sauce.— Chebureks with Kamchatka crab and ginger-sesame sauce.— Cod cake with shrimp and salmon mousse in puff pastry, served with bisque sauce.— Pearl with mascarpone mousse, covered with white chocolate, on a sandy crumb. The cost of the set is 2590 rubles. Also during the festival you can try cocktails based on Tchaikovsky vodka, Lockwood gin or Tchaikovsky vodka shot at a special price of 320 rubles.
