LAMBIC supports doctors and clinic patients with your help!
Dear friends!
Brasserie Lambic, a network of restaurants in the capital, has launched a charity project "From a pure heart". This is a set of lunches - targeted assistance for clinics in the Moscow region, for those who are now on the front line. Together with you we can help in the fight against Covid-19 and accelerate the process of getting our lives back on track, delivering to hospitals high-quality proper food, enriched with vitamins and micronutrients for the strength of doctors and maintaining immunity of patients.
Each of the of us who are now in self-isolation can join this project and support those who need our support. To do this, go to website donation.lambicbar.ru. Link in profile header! You can choose any number of dishes or set meals for our doctors! It can be one salad, and several set meals at once, your participation and indifference is important!
As soon as the number of full lunches bought is 50, we will prepare them and take them to hospitals in Moscow and Moscow region. All reports on the delivery of lunches will be reflected on the site. All information is transparent and available for public viewing.

Lambic continues to introduce you to contemporary art. Together with the TIHO Gallery, we present the duet project by Lena Byr and LARKANDRE “We Are Here,” which you can see on the walls of the Lambic restaurant at Gogolevsky Boulevard 33/1. Each work is created by two authors — Lena Byr and LARKANDRE — working on the same canvas at the same time, combining different artistic languages into a single statement. The project's central theme is a person's sense of self within the boundlessness of nature's expanses. Through the artists' imagery, the viewer becomes aware of their own belonging to the surrounding world. The dimensions, composition, and color choices of the works were developed specifically for the interior of the Lambic restaurant. Each piece was created with the specific placement, the architecture of the space, and its proportions in mind. As a result, the paintings exist in dialogue with the interior and form an integral part of it. All works on display are available for purchase. TIHO Gallery is an independent gallery founded by Irina and Yan Tikhonenko. The gallery is located in Moscow, in a historic 19th-century mansion on Chistye Prudy.

The long-awaited chanterelle season at Lambic! We’ve selected three dishes from our main menu that we’re now preparing with chanterelles: — Potatoes with chanterelles, feta cream, and herbs — Smoked roast beef from the picanya cut with chanterelles, capers, arugula, and Parmesan — Fettuccine with brisket, chanterelles, and Parmesan in a sweet pepper sauce We simmer the chanterelles in garlic oil with white wine and parsley. The oil brings out their fruity aroma, while the wine adds a refined touch of acidity. And as a new addition, we’ve prepared delicate zucchini waffles with chanterelles and truffle cream just for you!
