Lambic Seafood is a new democratic gastrobar from the team of the Belgian beer restaurant chain Brasserie Lambic!
The highlight of the menu is signature fish and seafood dishes, to which we offer a wide selection of wines by the glass, 16 draft beers and over 60 bottled beers from all over the world.
Interior decoration and shelves with glasses and panels with a marine theme around the perimeter of the hall, as well as wine cabinets, beer racks, thematic infographics emphasize the format of the place and create a cozy atmosphere for dinner or lunch.
The menu features more than 40 fish and seafood dishes. Special mention should be made of sections with fresh seafood and dishes cooked in baking bags using special technology. The restaurant has an aquarium with Far Eastern oysters and sea urchins. Our waiters will help you to choose appetizers perfectly suited to different sorts of beer and wine. The section with cheesy Belgian waffles deserves attention. We also add waffles to many dishes - soups and hot dishes.
The main menu is complemented by a special offer "Hits of Brasserie Lambic", which contains the most popular dishes of the chain.

Introducing the first menu update at Lambic Collection! Our chef, Ivan Negutarov, has created 15 new dishes that are the perfect accompaniment to the drinks on Lambic’s beer and wine lists! Let’s start our tour of the new dishes with the appetizers section — beef tartare with ndui sauce, steamed brioche with beef short ribs, turkey pâté, cheese croquettes with jamón, and beef brisket tacos. For salads, there’s a new mushroom salad with baby spinach, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. In the main courses section, be sure to try the new mini burgers with a trendy presentation in pepper sauce or the burger with crispy dorado. For a group, we recommend the pork knuckle or the crispy-breaded sea bream with squid. In the guests’ favorite “Pasta” section, there are three new additions: shrimp ravioli, Roman-style carbonara, and spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. Our pastry chef, Angelina Morozova, has created three new desserts, and each one is worth trying: — Tiramisu: homemade savoiardi cookies with mascarpone mousse and caramel. — Belgian Waffle: a coffee mousse dessert shaped like a Belgian waffle. — Lemon Choux: two mousse pastries with a liquid center inside.
