Lambic in Moscow City-participant of the RRF «New Names»
Lambic Brasserie in Moscow-City participates in Alexander Sysoev's festival RRF «New Names».
From 17 May to 5 June, guests on the 13th Lambic will be able to try the main festival set of three courses for 1490 rubles.
In set menu — Murmansk scallop ceviche with avocado mousse and passionfruit-chili sauce, pumpkin soup with mango-passionfruit sorbet and pork ribs stewed in a spicy marinade with pepper lemongrass. To the set is recommended to order beer Lindemans Gueuze — one of the oldest varieties of Lindemans — pure Belgian lambic.
In addition to the main set, during the festival, guests will be able to order a special digestif — dessert set of espresso, Courvoisier VSOP cognac and chocolate brownie with hazelnuts and blueberry-passion fruit sorbet.
