«Chanterelles are the quintessence of summer,» says the chef. «Their sunny color and unique aroma can transform any dish, filling it with warmth and freshness. We chose these mushrooms because they pair perfectly with other seasonal ingredients, allowing us to create harmonious and refined flavor combinations.»
