"Let there be tacos!" - That's what our brand chef said when he was thinking about the idea for the new seasonal menu.
And indeed, what could be better during the cold season than Mexican food, warming you up from the inside with its searing flavor and spicy aroma!

 


Mexican cuisine is recognized as an Intangible Heritage of UNESCO. It combines the flavors of the indigenous Aztecs, European nations and drives everyone who loves juicy and vibrant combinations crazy.

 


Our seasonal menu includes 8 hits of Mexican cuisine that we can't wait to introduce you to!

 


You can start your acquaintance with the most popular and favorite dish of Mexico - tacos! At Lambic we have prepared for you 3 kinds of hearty tacos: with chicken, beef and shrimp that you can order in 3, 5 and 7 pieces.

 


To accompany tacos and other dishes of the new menu we recommend hot sauce Pineapple shot created by the brand-chef especially for this menu! Available in two formats: a 30ml portion or a souvenir bottle of hot sauce 115ml for your home or as a gift for hot sauce lovers!

 


Corn nachos with beef chile con carne and cheese would make a great appetizer for a light Mexican-style lager, El Capulco!

 


Mexican soup posole with beef, corn and beans is sure to surprise you with its flavorful combination of spices.

New pitches of Lambic's favorite dishes

Dear guests, we are pleased to announce a major update of the main menu! We always strive to please you not only with taste and consistently high quality, but also with harmonious presentation, so in addition to new dishes we have updated your favorite Lambic items. We have added new accents to familiar recipes to make the taste even more interesting and the presentation more aesthetically pleasing. Look for the special «new serving» icon on the menu and get reacquainted with our hits! The most changes are in the appetizers section: renewed bruschetta on brioche from our own bakery, serving of smorrebros has been supplemented with cucumber and olive tartare, tender chicken pate with caramelized onions is now served with strawberry jam, and eggplant — with Greek zadziki sauce and grilled tomato. Mini-chebureks are now rectangular with more filling, and beef steak with seafood is now served with pepper-cheese sauce. Two new dishes with duck — olivier and taco, which have become hits of the spring special menu among the guests, have been added to the menu. There is a novelty: tiramisu in a nest of kataifi dough with homemade nut liqueur and seasonal berries, which will become a real decoration of your dinner. See you at Lambic!
