We have developed this menu together with meat specialist, chef Alexey Kopanev, who presents author’s dishes created especially for Lambic restaurant in Tashkent!
The Beef Special menu includes nine beef dishes, which we can’t wait to introduce to you! We recommend you to start with new meat appetizers and salads — the best start at any time of the day:
— Bruschetta with roast beef and rucola.
— Beef stew with beard bread, creamy horseradish and Dijon mustard.
— Salad with roast beef and sesame mustard dressing.
— Steak salad with fresh vegetables and citrus dressing.
