The Lowlander craft brewery was founded in 2016 in Amsterdam.
Frederick became its ideological inspirer and chief specialist. There he became acquainted with the extensive possibilities of using botanical ingredients to create strong alcoholic beverages. Over time, Frederic began to think about what effect spicy and aromatic plants would give in the classic beer fermentation process.
Returning to the homeland in the Netherlands, he was surprised to discover that centuries ago the Dutch had already used rare spices and herbs in brewing. Having assembled a team of professional mixologists, brewers and technologists, he launched his own production of a foamy drink. The success of the enterprise was swift, Lowlander beer was named one of the most popular in Holland.
LOWLANDER WHITE ALE — a typical Dutch pale ale with three types of malt. Brewed with curacao, elderberry and chamomile, thanks to which it has a pleasant fruity sourness and light floral aroma.
LOWLANDER GRAPEFRUIT PALE ALE — refreshing and savory, like a lemon cake with citrus tartness.
The producers were inspired by the freshness of citruses and the idea that life can give us so much more than lemonade or lemons.
LOWLANDER I.P.A. — brewed with coriander and white tea.
Citrusy, hoppy, with refreshing bitterness and spicy notes of spices. In production, they use the gifts of the rich flora of the far eastern countries, found during the great voyages of the Dutch sailors.
LOWLANDER YUZU &GRAPEFRUIT— this savory drink with yuzu berries, earl gray tea and pink grapefruit will instantly plunge you into oriental tale.
Each botanical LOWLANDER beer is full of flavor and depth, hurry up and try it.

Introducing the first menu update at Lambic Collection! Our chef, Ivan Negutarov, has created 15 new dishes that are the perfect accompaniment to the drinks on Lambic’s beer and wine lists! Let’s start our tour of the new dishes with the appetizers section — beef tartare with ndui sauce, steamed brioche with beef short ribs, turkey pâté, cheese croquettes with jamón, and beef brisket tacos. For salads, there’s a new mushroom salad with baby spinach, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. In the main courses section, be sure to try the new mini burgers with a trendy presentation in pepper sauce or the burger with crispy dorado. For a group, we recommend the pork knuckle or the crispy-breaded sea bream with squid. In the guests’ favorite “Pasta” section, there are three new additions: shrimp ravioli, Roman-style carbonara, and spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. Our pastry chef, Angelina Morozova, has created three new desserts, and each one is worth trying: — Tiramisu: homemade savoiardi cookies with mascarpone mousse and caramel. — Belgian Waffle: a coffee mousse dessert shaped like a Belgian waffle. — Lemon Choux: two mousse pastries with a liquid center inside. We hope these new dishes will be a great excuse to get together with friends and family at Lambic Collection!
