New seasonal menu with seafood

event illustration

We created the new menu in collaboration with the Lambic Seafood gastrobar, which our team opened in Moscow in 2022. The concept of the place combines a large selection of fish and seafood dishes, which are complemented by drinks from different parts of the world.

In the menu we have collected all the hits from the chef of Lambic Seafood, which are so loved by the guests of the gastrobar in Moscow. We start with salmon sashimi from raw bar category. Then choose salad with shrimps and zadzaki sauce, green salad with crispy squid and sesame dressing. As a main course we take creamy risotto with scallops and vongole shells. For dessert, chocolate cheesecake with pistachios.

And for a perfect match with seafood dishes, look for a selection of wines from our sommelier Diana Dvoretskaya.
