LAMBIC Restaurant presents a new Special Menu that combines signature ingredients and exquisite flavor combinations. The menu is designed for those who appreciate high-end gastronomy and want to enjoy dishes from around the world in the heart of Novosibirsk.

Light appetizers
— Zucchini carpaccio with truffles and feta cheese cream – a harmony of freshness and sophistication.
— Chicken in tom yum sauce with rice – Asian spiciness and creamy tenderness.
— Hummus and babaganoush with roasted peppers and roti flatbread – original flavors of the East.
— Shrimp ceviche with sun-dried tomatoes and pickled onions – the freshness of the sea and spicy accents.
— Sicilian sea bass with tomato sauce, olives, and capers – the warm breath of the Mediterranean.

Cold soup
— The perfect choice to end the summer – okroshka with chicken and seasonal vegetables. Two serving options – with kvass or ayran.

Main course
— Special attention should be paid to the shrimp gyoza in a creamy sesame sauce – a Japanese classic with a signature twist.

Dessert
— The finishing touch in the best traditions of Dubai – crispy kataifi pastry with pistachio cream and fresh strawberries.

Every Wednesday at Brasserie Lambic, the restaurant waives the markup on ten popular menu items. Through mid-May, guests can enjoy the menu’s best-sellers at cost price every Wednesday. Ten dishes from the main menu are featured in the promotion each week, and the selection will change weekly. The rules are simple: head to Lambic on Wednesday, look for the burgundy price tags on the menu, and enjoy the chain’s most popular dishes at the best possible price.  If you haven’t visited Brasserie Lambic yet, this is the perfect opportunity! Introducing the first menu update at Lambic Collection! Our chef, Ivan Negutarov, has created 15 new dishes that are the perfect accompaniment to the drinks on Lambic’s beer and wine lists!  Let’s start our tour of the new dishes with the appetizers section — beef tartare with ndui sauce, steamed brioche with beef short ribs, turkey pâté, cheese croquettes with jamón, and beef brisket tacos. For salads, there’s a new mushroom salad with baby spinach, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. In the main courses section, be sure to try the new mini burgers with a trendy presentation in pepper sauce or the burger with crispy dorado. For a group, we recommend the pork knuckle or the crispy-breaded sea bream with squid. In the guests’ favorite “Pasta” section, there are three new additions: shrimp ravioli, Roman-style carbonara, and spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. Our pastry chef, Angelina Morozova, has created three new desserts, and each one is worth trying:  — Tiramisu: homemade savoiardi cookies with mascarpone mousse and caramel. — Belgian Waffle: a coffee mousse dessert shaped like a Belgian waffle. — Lemon Choux: two mousse pastries with a liquid center inside. We hope these new dishes will be a great excuse to get together with friends and family at Lambic Collection!
