We are pleased to announce the most ambitious gastronomic project in the world in terms of the number of participating cities and restaurants — the Russian Restaurant Festival 2025, which will take place at Lambic Seafood from October 15 to 30. The beer tasting will be led by Ilya Mukhin, a beer sommelier, who will talk in detail about the origins of the style, how it differs from others, and the characteristics of each blonde ale from the tasting: 1.
