Lambic expands its horizons again! A new restaurant of the famous Belgian brasserie chain opened in Novokuznetsk. As stylish and spacious as in Russia, but with a special atmosphere, it is sure to please both residents and guests of the city!
In all the cities where we have a presence, Lambic continues the traditions that have developed in Moscow, and Novokuznetsk is no exception. The facility's pride is beer: we have hundreds of varieties of it, both original Belgian and from other countries. You can try legendary trappists, enjoy the fruity sweetness of cherry varieties - you can do all this at the new Lambic restaurant.
And it's really delicious here: the menu has a large selection of original dishes for every taste: traditional Belgian potato waffles, mussels in different sauces, shrimp on ice, beef stewed in beer and much more. We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join us at the largest beer festival in the world! This year, in keeping with this wonderful tradition, we've created this menu in collaboration with Miratorg, inspired by the recent festival. We'll start with a crispy pretzel, which we all look forward to every year, and flaky roti with pulled pork! For main courses, we'll have pork loin schnitzel and smoked pork brisket with crispy cauliflower. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas! The star of the menu is traditionally the mini bone-in pork knuckle! This year, we're glazing it in demi-glace sauce and serving it with mashed potatoes and French fries.
