Meet the largest gastronomic project in the world in terms of the number of participating cities and participating restaurants — RRF 2024, which will be held at Lambic Seafood from October 15 to 30.
This year we are celebrating our two-year anniversary and in the set we have tried to reflect the immense love for seafood and for our guests. We hope that this set will be another reason to come back to Lambic Seafood and dive headfirst into the world of marine gastro-discovery!
The set includes 5 courses:
— Tuna tartare with sesame kimchi, avocado carpaccio and parsley powder.
— Fresh roll with Magadan shrimp and house aioli, served with ponzu sauce.
— Chebureks with Kamchatka crab and ginger-sesame sauce.
— Cod cake with shrimp and salmon mousse in puff pastry, served with bisque sauce.
— Pearl with mascarpone mousse, covered with white chocolate, on a sandy crumb.
The cost of the set is 2590 rubles.
Also during the festival you can try cocktails based on Tchaikovsky vodka, Lockwood gin or Tchaikovsky vodka shot at a special price of 320 rubles.

On February 5 at 7:30 p.m., Lambic Collection at 2 Zvenigorodskaya Street, 12s1, will host a dinner featuring a tasting of Burgundy wines: 1. Liquor Joseph Cartron Creme de Cassis. Burgundy, stretching from Chablis in the north to Beaujolais in the south, is home to more than four thousand producers whose vineyards form an elegant mosaic. Each piece of the puzzle is unique, each wine is one of a kind. Roman Meshitaev, wine sommelier at Lambic Collection, will talk in detail about the brightest representatives of this interesting region, while Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, will prepare dishes for dinner that complement the taste of the wine: — Bonbon shrimp in potato thread with spicy sauce.— Beef tartare on potato gratin with truffle aioli.— Mini spinach with fried oyster mushrooms and enoki mushrooms in sesame sauce.— Duck leg confit in cherry beer sauce with celery and kale purée.— Caramel and nut tart with hazelnuts Ticket price per person: 8,500 rubles.
