Russian Restaurant Festival 2024 at Lambic Seafood
Meet the largest gastronomic project in the world in terms of the number of participating cities and participating restaurants — RRF 2024, which will be held at Lambic Seafood from October 15 to 30.
This year we are celebrating our two-year anniversary and in the set we have tried to reflect the immense love for seafood and for our guests. We hope that this set will be another reason to come back to Lambic Seafood and dive headfirst into the world of marine gastro-discovery!
The set includes 5 courses:
— Tuna tartare with sesame kimchi, avocado carpaccio and parsley powder.
— Fresh roll with Magadan shrimp and house aioli, served with ponzu sauce.
— Chebureks with Kamchatka crab and ginger-sesame sauce.
— Cod cake with shrimp and salmon mousse in puff pastry, served with bisque sauce.
— Pearl with mascarpone mousse, covered with white chocolate, on a sandy crumb.
The cost of the set is 2590 rubles.
Also during the festival you can try cocktails based on Tchaikovsky vodka, Lockwood gin or Tchaikovsky vodka shot at a special price of 320 rubles.

On May 28 at 8:00 PM, Lambic Collection at 12 bld.1 2nd Zvenigorodskaya Street will host a dinner in collaboration with “Miratorg”. Welcome Codorniu Mediterrania Marine Brut DO First Course Paris-style beef tenderloin tartare Kir-Yianni Naoussa Second Course Cheese gougères with rabbit liver pâté and cured ribeye Viu Manent Reserva Carmenere Third Course Striploin with spiced eggplant Alta Vista Malbec Premium Fourth Course Filet mignon with Kenyan beans and shiitake mushrooms Ramon Bilbao Reserva DOCa Fifth Course Satyr and chocolate Churchill's Fine Ruby Port Ivan Kalinko, wine sommelier, will present and guide guests through the bright wines of the evening provided by FortWine, while Ivan Negutarov, chef of Lambic Collection, will prepare dishes featuring premium Miratorg beef specially paired with the wines.
