We are pleased to announce the most ambitious gastronomic project in the world in terms of the number of participating cities and restaurants — the Russian Restaurant Festival 2025, which will take place at Lambic Seafood from October 15 to 30.
This year, we have created a unique 4-course menu that combines Russian specialties, Belgian gastronomy, and European trends:
— Cantabrian sardines with tartar sauce on Borodino bread from our own bakery.
— Potato croquettes with truffle aioli and cold-smoked butterfish.
— Vareniki with potatoes and sturgeon, served with pike caviar and sour cream.
— White chocolate mousse with sea urchin caviar and capers.
The cost of the set is 2,990 rubles.
If you like the set, please vote for it on the website foodfestival.ru.
Only from October 15 to 30 at Lambic Seafood, Maly Gnezdnikovsky Lane, 12.
Brasserie Lambic is expanding its horizons once again! The famous Belgian brasserie chain has opened a new restaurant in the resort town of Krasnaya Polyana at 6 Gornaya Karusel Street. The menu features the best of Flemish and European cuisine, a collection of beers from around the world, and an extensive wine list. The new Lambic in Krasnaya Polyana can accommodate more than 90 guests. The restaurant offers an elegant interior in noble beige and burgundy tones. The open kitchen adds an element of dynamism, while the warm, subdued lighting, natural wood, and stained-glass windows with mountain views are the main elements that create the cozy atmosphere that sets this restaurant apart from others. The entire chain is connected to the Lambic loyalty club, and the new restaurant in Krasnaya Polyana is no exception. Join the loyalty program by installing the Lambic app — it's a convenient and easy way to find out about restaurant news and special offers, collect and redeem bonuses, view menus, book tables, save receipts, get directions to the nearest restaurant, and much more. See you at Lambic at Krasnaya Polyana, 6 Gornaya Karusel Street.

Lambic continues to introduce you to contemporary art. Together with the TIKHO gallery, we present the RE:pair exhibition, which you can view on the walls of the Lambic restaurant at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard. The RE:pair exhibition is a process of reassembly. — The prefix RE: indicates a return, rethinking, and repetition. — Pair in the title refers to the format of a duet — two authors, two types of sensitivity, two trajectories.— RE:pair can also be read as repair — a “fix” or “restoration.” But here we are not talking about a return to the original, but about reassembly. Authors Anastasia Malinovskaya and Yan Tikhonenko lead the viewer on a journey from rigid logic to a new, more sensitive perception of the world — to the lost irrational, suppressed in the process of adaptation to the social structure. The TIKHO Gallery is an independent gallery founded by Irina and Yan Tikhonenko. The gallery is located in Moscow, in an old 19th-century mansion on Chistye Prudy. You can learn more about the exhibition and purchase an exhibit at the Lambic restaurant at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard.
