This year, we have created a unique 4-course menu that combines Russian specialties, Belgian gastronomy, and European trends:
— Cantabrian sardines with tartar sauce on Borodino bread from our own bakery.
— Potato croquettes with truffle aioli and cold-smoked butterfish.
— Vareniki with potatoes and sturgeon, served with pike caviar and sour cream.
— White chocolate mousse with sea urchin caviar and capers.
