Lambic restaurant invites you to a gastronomic journey where taste, art and philosophy merge together. Within the framework of collaboration with Milan brand, chef Kira Ageyeva created an exclusive dessert that will give not only unforgettable taste sensations, but also a special meaning.

Silk Heart is not just a dessert, it is a work of art served on eccentric and stylish tableware from Seletti. This dessert is a symbol of hope and the belief that after every storm in life, beautiful things blossom. «Every heartbreak only prepares us for true, all-consuming love, for building a family,» shares the chef. «Our new dessert (Lambic × Milan) is an ode to hope, to the fact that after every storm, a beautiful thing is born. It’s a symbol of faith in love, that the most beautiful things are just beginning.»

Similar to the Japanese technique of kintsugi, where cracks in pottery are filled with gold, emphasizing its uniqueness, family ties connect the shards of the past, creating a strong foundation for the future. A dessert decorated with gold accents will symbolize your new life filled with family tradition and love.

But that’s not all! You have a unique opportunity to try this incredible dessert at Lambic restaurant until June 15. And, what is the best part, when you buy the Silk Heart dessert, you get a gift certificate to buy exclusive tableware from the Seletti brand in the Milan boutique. This is a great chance to add bright colors to your home and enjoy every meal as a work of art.

Don’t miss the opportunity to touch the beautiful! Book a table at Lambic restaurant and try the «Silk Heart» dessert by chef Kira Ageeva. It will be an unforgettable experience that will stay in your memory for a long time!

Lambic continues to introduce you to contemporary art. Together with the TIKHO gallery, we present the RE:pair exhibition, which you can view on the walls of the Lambic restaurant at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard. The RE:pair exhibition is a process of reassembly. — The prefix RE: indicates a return, rethinking, and repetition. — Pair in the title refers to the format of a duet — two authors, two types of sensitivity, two trajectories.— RE:pair can also be read as repair — a “fix” or “restoration.” But here we are not talking about a return to the original, but about reassembly. Authors Anastasia Malinovskaya and Yan Tikhonenko lead the viewer on a journey from rigid logic to a new, more sensitive perception of the world — to the lost irrational, suppressed in the process of adaptation to the social structure.   The TIKHO Gallery is an independent gallery founded by Irina and Yan Tikhonenko. The gallery is located in Moscow, in an old 19th-century mansion on Chistye Prudy. You can learn more about the exhibition and purchase an exhibit at the Lambic restaurant at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard.
