New Beer Atlas items!

Brasserie Lambic is steadily entering spring with a revamped Beer Atlas.

The main changes took place in the draught beer section: for the first time in Russia we have Bourgogne Des Flandres Blonde ale. Absolute novelty from Bourgogne Des Flandres brewery. A unique blend of Blonden Os pale ale brewed at Bourgogne brewery and a young lambic from Timmermans brewery. The lambic in this beer has citrus notes that harmonize perfectly with the malt flavor of Blonden Os. The result is an invigorating, sour-sweet beer with hints of oranges and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.

Also now on Mikkeller Blow Out taps: fresh and dry Indian Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Galaxy Hops.

The world famous Lindemans brewery added Kriek and Faro. The first variety has a juicy and full flavor with hints of freshly picked cherries with a delicate balance of sourness and sweetness. The second Faro is an old style of beer that was invented back in the days when the painter Bruegel lived. A version of lambic to which brown cane sugar is added has an intriguing balance of tartness and sweetness.

And the last novelty, a guest from neighboring Holland - Jopen Koyt Gruitbier! This beer is brewed with a mixture of herbs used by medieval brewers even before hops. The brewer follows the technology exactly according to the recipe of 1407, thanks to which the beer has a rich flavor with the aroma of herbs, caramel and almond notes.

New varieties will appear at all Lambic's gradually over the course of several weeks, check availability at a specific restaurant by calling +7 (495) 432-09-90.

Updated menu at Lambic Collection
Updated menu at Lambic Collection

Introducing the first menu update at Lambic Collection! Our chef, Ivan Negutarov, has created 15 new dishes that are the perfect accompaniment to the drinks on Lambic’s beer and wine lists!  Let’s start our tour of the new dishes with the appetizers section — beef tartare with ndui sauce, steamed brioche with beef short ribs, turkey pâté, cheese croquettes with jamón, and beef brisket tacos. For salads, there’s a new mushroom salad with baby spinach, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. In the main courses section, be sure to try the new mini burgers with a trendy presentation in pepper sauce or the burger with crispy dorado. For a group, we recommend the pork knuckle or the crispy-breaded sea bream with squid. In the guests’ favorite “Pasta” section, there are three new additions: shrimp ravioli, Roman-style carbonara, and spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. Our pastry chef, Angelina Morozova, has created three new desserts, and each one is worth trying:  — Tiramisu: homemade savoiardi cookies with mascarpone mousse and caramel. — Belgian Waffle: a coffee mousse dessert shaped like a Belgian waffle. — Lemon Choux: two mousse pastries with a liquid center inside. We hope these new dishes will be a great excuse to get together with friends and family at Lambic Collection!
