At Lambic on Bolshoi Cherkasskiy returns, which has already become a traditional event, when every Thursday we open rare beers and pour them at cost price. We invite all fans to take advantage of the unique opportunity to try a unique variety for Russia. In the coming weeks we will open:
February 20: In anticipation of the real man's holiday we will pour by the glass matured in De Struise XXXX Quadrupel Reserva Rum BA barrels.
This is a Quadrupel (13% ABV) aged in rum barrels. De Struise barrel varieties deserve special attention. Many years of aging in barrels hones the flavor nuances of the drink to perfection. Quadrupel blows you away with its bright aroma of dried fruit, vanilla and wood.
Price: 320 rubles for 150 ml.
February 27: Pouring a truly authentic and most vintage style of Belgian brewing cherry Lambiek from De Cam Brewery - De Cam Kriek Lambiek.
This cherry "Brussels Champagne" from top Belgian brewery De Cam is a pure single barrel lambic with the addition of a huge amount of cherries. Ratebeer rating of 99 out of 100! Founded in 1997 in Goik, the company is considered fairly young among lambic brewers, but De Cam immediately established itself as a lambic brewery that produces authentic and traditional brews of the highest quality. The lambic brewery uses only local ingredients and old techniques, and the batches are always very small, so their bottles are worth their weight in gold.
Cost: 350 rubles for 150 ml.
March 5: We pour by the glass an exclusive De Cam Framboise Lambiek.
Framboise Lambiek was created using young and aged Lambicas, as well as local raspberries.
The color of the drink is deep crimson. The aroma is dominated by berry tones and hints of hay, vinegar and wood. The taste is refreshing and very natural. Raspberry is felt, as well as typical wild yeast tones of cattle yard and herbs. A noble acidity dominates the drink. The character of the lambic is more of a wine, the depth of which is precisely the result of aging in barrel, and it requires a thoughtful unhurried drinking.
Although it costs a small fortune, this fruit lambic is a great example of a traditional Belgian product produced by a modern brewery!
Rate on Ratebeer 99/100
Cost: 340 rubles for 125 ml!

Lambic continues to introduce you to contemporary art. Together with the TIKHO gallery, we present the RE:pair exhibition, which you can view on the walls of the Lambic restaurant at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard. The RE:pair exhibition is a process of reassembly. — The prefix RE: indicates a return, rethinking, and repetition. — Pair in the title refers to the format of a duet — two authors, two types of sensitivity, two trajectories.— RE:pair can also be read as repair — a “fix” or “restoration.” But here we are not talking about a return to the original, but about reassembly. Authors Anastasia Malinovskaya and Yan Tikhonenko lead the viewer on a journey from rigid logic to a new, more sensitive perception of the world — to the lost irrational, suppressed in the process of adaptation to the social structure. The TIKHO Gallery is an independent gallery founded by Irina and Yan Tikhonenko. The gallery is located in Moscow, in an old 19th-century mansion on Chistye Prudy. You can learn more about the exhibition and purchase an exhibit at the Lambic restaurant at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard.
