As Ruslan himself notes: «At this stage of my path I came to create human images, in which I explore his essence, psycho-emotional facets, feelings of his true self, the world around him and his connection with it. Also his fragility and at the same time strength, going beyond the boundaries of gross materiality and going into the subtle sphere, which are given on our planet only to man.»

At Lambic, we celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join us for the world’s largest beer festival! As is tradition, we created this menu together with Miratorg, inspired by the German festival. We’re starting with the long-awaited pretzel, which this year comes in three varieties: with melted butter, bacon, or beef brisket! For the main course, choose a pork loin schnitzel with a fresh Romaine lettuce salad, half a chicken with adjika, or grilled sausages with stewed cabbage. Pair it all with German beer varieties from the Beer Atlas! The traditional star of the menu is our mini pork knuckle on the bone!
