<p>A unique lambic that bridges two worlds: winemaking and brewing. It’s crafted with Pinot Gris grapes, a popular Alsatian variety, and the lambics used in the blend are matured in French barrels previously used for red wine. Traditionally, 1000 kilograms of grapes are used for every 1000 liters of young lambic during fermentation.</p>
