<p>This is a unique sour ale brewed in the gose style using marine ingredients. The beer is brewed and filtered through oyster shells from the Bassin de To (France), then aged in barrels for 10 months. After aging, it undergoes maceration with samphire (sea fennel) from the Vic pond, which gives the beer its characteristic mineral and salty notes.</p>
