We launched the 12th Brasserie Lambic restaurant!
It is located near the Akademicheskaya metro station opposite the State Darwin Museum, in a two-story building on Dmitry Ulyanov Street, 5a. The interior is designed in the style of a classic brasserie, which our guests have loved over the 10 years of the chain's existence. In the bar you can taste 20 draft beers from leading European breweries, and about 160 bottled beers from our Beer Atlas. In the menu all the hits of Lambic — Belgian potato waffles with various toppings, live mussels in sauces, a large grill section and others.
On workdays from 12 to 16 we prepare hearty business lunches from 500 rubles. The new Brasserie Lambic has two summer verandas, on the street at the entrance to the restaurant and on the roof.

On Saturday, March 21, we’re opening our doors with an expanded menu, an extensive bar selection, and over 100 varieties of Belgian beer! At 5:00 PM, a show by magician Dmitry Rudyk will begin, followed by saxophonist Maxim Dyuryagin at 7:00 PM. Throughout the evening, guests can look forward to contests hosted by a Trappist monk! Throughout the evening, we’ll be treating guests to liqueurs, olives in aromatic oil, and mini waffles with cream and strawberries. On March 26 at 7:30 p.m., Lambic Collection at 12s1 Zvenigorodskaya 2nd Street will host a dinner featuring a tasting of sparkling wines and champagne. During the dinner, together with sommelier Roman Meshitbaev, we will taste 7 wines ranging from Champagne to historic Pet-Nats.
