Gastronomic dinner with Jasper Vopel, export director of the Lawlander brewery, at the new Lambic on Strastnij.
On December 10 at 20:00 Jasper Vopel will acquaint you with the history, features and the most interesting facts of the Dutch brewery Lawlander. He will tell us about the secrets of producing "botanical" beers and how brewers get ideas about the use of this or that spice, this or that plant. We will have the opportunity to appreciate the nuances that "botanicals" bring to the taste of the beer, and while we are tasting, to hear an interesting story and legend associated with the emergence of each variety of Lawlander.

We start with the long-awaited pretzel, which this year comes in three versions: with clarified butter, with bacon, and with beef brisket!
