A thirteen-month blend of lambic and cherries from the south of Belgium (Hespengau) is matured in barrels for six months. And to make the beer sparkling at the final stage of production the method "Méthode Traditionnelle" is used, which is relevant for champagne.

By the way, it is thanks to a well thought-out technological process, where centuries-old traditions of brewing Belgian sour lambics are combined with modern methods, that the reputation and rating of the Oud Beersel brewery are at the highest positions!
The taste of Bzart Kriekenlambiek Millesime beer is tart, truly cherry, in the end - a dry aftertaste. And in the aroma you can hear sour cherries, notes of dried cranberries, wood and herbs.

On Saturday, March 21, we’re opening our doors with an expanded menu, an extensive bar selection, and over 100 varieties of Belgian beer! At 5:00 PM, a show by magician Dmitry Rudyk will begin, followed by saxophonist Maxim Dyuryagin at 7:00 PM. Throughout the evening, guests can look forward to contests hosted by a Trappist monk! On March 26 at 7:30 p.m., Lambic Collection at 12s1 Zvenigorodskaya 2nd Street will host a dinner featuring a tasting of sparkling wines and champagne.
