From October we are launching an unprecedented promotion, because we want you to enjoy modern beer culture as much as possible.

So, every week at Brasserie Lambic on Strastnoy we pour the best and most expensive limited-edition beers of the world at cost price!

From October 10 to 12 we present a rating lambic Bzart Kriekenlambiek Millesime (2013) from the Belgians - a Goeser with a century-old history - Oud Beersel!
The variety is top-50 in the world!

A thirteen-month blend of lambic and cherries from the south of Belgium (Hespengau) is matured in barrels for six months. And to make the beer sparkling at the final stage of production the method "Méthode Traditionnelle" is used, which is relevant for champagne.

By the way, it is thanks to a well thought-out technological process, where centuries-old traditions of brewing Belgian sour lambics are combined with modern methods, that the reputation and rating of the Oud Beersel brewery are at the highest positions!
The taste of Bzart Kriekenlambiek Millesime beer is tart, truly cherry, in the end - a dry aftertaste. And in the aroma you can hear sour cherries, notes of dried cranberries, wood and herbs.

This beer is not available at our main Beer Atlas - try it at Strastnoy in a special promotion format.
The price is 380₽ for a 150ml glass. Quantities are limited, we recommend booking in advance.

New pitches of Lambic's favorite dishes

Dear guests, we are pleased to announce a major update of the main menu! We always strive to please you not only with taste and consistently high quality, but also with harmonious presentation, so in addition to new dishes we have updated your favorite Lambic items. We have added new accents to familiar recipes to make the taste even more interesting and the presentation more aesthetically pleasing. Look for the special «new serving» icon on the menu and get reacquainted with our hits! The most changes are in the appetizers section: renewed bruschetta on brioche from our own bakery, serving of smorrebros has been supplemented with cucumber and olive tartare, tender chicken pate with caramelized onions is now served with strawberry jam, and eggplant — with Greek zadziki sauce and grilled tomato. Mini-chebureks are now rectangular with more filling, and beef steak with seafood is now served with pepper-cheese sauce. Two new dishes with duck — olivier and taco, which have become hits of the spring special menu among the guests, have been added to the menu. There is a novelty: tiramisu in a nest of kataifi dough with homemade nut liqueur and seasonal berries, which will become a real decoration of your dinner. See you at Lambic!
