This fall we are adding to our collection of gastronomic experiences at Brasserie Lambic on Pushkinskaya Street.

The chain's brand-chef Arthur Nam together with beer sommelier Diana Dvoretskaya developed a series of gastronomic dinners in Beer Pairing format, inspired by the cultures of different countries: Japan, England, and Belgium. Each dinner includes 4 courses, the cost for each dinner is 2800 rubles per person.

The first dinner will take place on October 24 and will be devoted to Japan. The menu includes Japan in all its glory and rare Hitachino Neat Beer from Kiuchi Brewery, which is not available at Beer Atlas and which has been gathering awards of prestigious beer festivals around the world for about 20 years.

Tuna sashimi paired with a light orange and floral Hitachino Nest White Ale, Wasabi Shrimp accompanied by a strong aromatic ginger ale with a hint of Hitachino Ginger Ale, beef tataki with edamame beans and a light ale with citrusy hints of Japanese wild tangerine, Hitachino Dai Dai, and for dessert, green tea ice cream with a dense, bitter coffee stout, Hitachino Nest Espresso Stout.

The second dinner will be Nov. 13 and will focus on the gastronomic culture of England. In addition to the beer sommelier and brand chef, brand ambassador Samuel Smith's brewery will be at the dinner. He will give a presentation and tell about the oldest independent British brewery, detailing each beer participating in the dinner and talking about the peculiarities of its production. So, the evening's combinations:

Potato waffles with roast beef - Samuel Smith's Pale Ale

Beef tongues - Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale

Haggis - Samuel Smith's India Ale

Apple Pie - Samuel Smith's Organic Chocolate Stout

Rounding out the dinner series is a traditional Belgian evening on November 27. A Belgian-style dinner with traditional food and beer. The gastronomic pairings will be:

15 Year Old Lambic
15 Year Old Lambic

Dear Guests! This summer, we’re celebrating Lambic’s 15th anniversary. That’s exactly how many restaurants we now have in Moscow, all located in a wide variety of convenient and comfortable spots for you! To mark our anniversary, we’ve created more than 15 new dishes, inspired by the warmth and trust you show us when you visit with your families, host business meetings, or simply seek a cozy spot to enjoy a glass of beer or wine. These aren’t just new additions—they’re our culinary declarations of love! On our anniversary menu, you’ll find a wide variety of new appetizers: Spanish empanadas, spicy eggplant in Thai sauce, juicy brisket tacos, Portuguese croquettes, and delicate cod rillettes. We now serve mussels in a new tomato sauce, and Belgian waffles with pork crackling and oyster mushrooms. For main courses, we recommend Mediterranean-style salmon, chicken thighs with baby corn, lightly smoked sea bass or dorado, and—as the perfect accompaniment to beer—mini burgers or strip loin with french fries! We look forward to seeing you try the anniversary menu at Lambic! Thank you for being with us! From the Lambic team
