You are to taste 4 specialties: the appetizers will be roasted eggplant with hummus and sarmelle shrimp with avocado. The main course will be a juicy steak Vegas with potatoes in svan salt. And for dessert, our bestselling dessert - pistachio roll. Bright and interesting comments from our beer sommelier Diana Dvoretskaya will be a specialty of the evening - join us!

In partnership with the Moscow Summer Festival, we’ve set up a food stand across from the Sergei Yesenin monument on Tverskoy Boulevard, where we’ll be grilling burgers, hot dogs, and our famous Belgian potato waffles on an open grill through August 3. Come enjoy the summer with Lambic!

For the new seasonal menu, we’ve once again joined forces with Miratorg to pool our knowledge and experience in working with meat and have created nine dishes inspired by vibrant Asian flavors and combinations: — Pan-seared roll with squid and pork. — Taco with pork and muer mushrooms. — Pan-seared beef with rice, kimchi, and egg. — Pan-seared chicken with rice, kimchi, and egg. — Roti with Sichuan-style beef. — Cucumber salad with pork. — Pork belly with mashed potatoes and apple. — Filet mignon with Kenyan beans and shiitake mushrooms. — Rack of lamb with couscous and raisins.
