And again, we continue the established tradition of BBQ evenings in our new restaurant near Park Kultury metro station. Like ever on on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, throughout the evening we will cook a large wood-fired grill, your favorite BBQ ribs, burgers and and and of course, on Friday, we roast lamb on spit.
So, in the menu of upcoming BBQ Evenings:
Thursday to Saturday:grilled ribs: pork and beef ribs, marinated according to proprietary recipe and fried in open fire in teriyaki glaze with adding honey. Serve with baked potatoes and salad. Grill perfectly made marbled beef burgers, serve your choice of chanterelles, eggplant appetizer baba ganoush & with smashed cucumbers.
On Friday: roast lamb on skewer and serve in homemade pita bread with vegetables and tartar sauce, or on a plate with quinoa, vegetables and narsharab sauce.
For all guests, we prepared a special offer in the form of a selection of Spritz cocktails:
PASSION SPRITZ Passoa, Bols Peach, Prosecco, Galliano Authentico.
LYCHEE & ; ELDERFLOWER SPRITZ Bols Lychee, Bols Elderflower, Prosecco , Tonic.
FRU — FRU Passoa, Bols Strawberry, Fresh Grapefruit , Prosecco.
PEACH SPRITZ Bols Peach, Prosecco.
The cost of any Spritz cocktail these days is 390 r.

Belgian light lager brewed by the famous St-Feuillien brewery especially for Brasserie Lambic! A perfectly balanced beer, the taste and aroma are soft, moderately malty with a profile of toasty, biscuit, nutty, caramel and honey notes with moderate fruitiness and a slight hop bitterness. Dear guests, we are pleased to announce a major update of the main menu! We always strive to please you not only with taste and consistently high quality, but also with harmonious presentation, so in addition to new dishes we have updated your favorite Lambic items. We have added new accents to familiar recipes to make the taste even more interesting and the presentation more aesthetically pleasing. Look for the special «new serving» icon on the menu and get reacquainted with our hits! The most changes are in the appetizers section: renewed bruschetta on brioche from our own bakery, serving of smorrebros has been supplemented with cucumber and olive tartare, tender chicken pate with caramelized onions is now served with strawberry jam, and eggplant — with Greek zadziki sauce and grilled tomato. Mini-chebureks are now rectangular with more filling, and beef steak with seafood is now served with pepper-cheese sauce. Two new dishes with duck — olivier and taco, which have become hits of the spring special menu among the guests, have been added to the menu. There is a novelty: tiramisu in a nest of kataifi dough with homemade nut liqueur and seasonal berries, which will become a real decoration of your dinner. See you at Lambic!
