November 14 More Meat! Festival starts in Lambic! These are not just a few new dishes from our brand chefs Denis Kuznetsov and Evgeny Goncharov, but a specially designed menu, together with sommelier Diana Dvoretskaya. We considered seasonality when choosing side dishes and marinades for alternative steaks made from premium beef, and choose the perfect red from the updated Lambic wine list for every dish.

Festival Menu:

  • Denver steak with spinach and parsnips, recommended with a glass of Carmenere Syrah Reserva Maule DO J. Bouchon 2019
  • Beef sausage with potatoes and mustard sauce, recommended with a glass of Tempranillo Organic Rueda DO Cuatro Rayas 2018
  • Picanha steak with asparagus, recommended with a glass of Philipp Kuhn, Spatburgunder Tradition
  • Skirt steak with oyster mushroom confit and potatoes, recommended with a glass of Carmenere Syrah Reserva Maule DO J. Bouchon 2019
  • Flank steak with roasted peppers and plum, recommended with a glass of Paxton, AAA Shiraz
  • Steak Chuck roll with fennel and baked tomatoes, recommended with a glass of Malbec Luigi Bosca
  • Beef cheeks with  green buckwheat, recommended with a glass of Tempranillo Organic Rueda DO Cuatro Rayas 2018

At 5:00 PM, a show by magician Dmitry Rudyk will begin, followed by saxophonist Maxim Dyuryagin at 7:00 PM. Throughout the evening, guests can look forward to contests hosted by a Trappist monk! On March 26 at 7:30 p.m., Lambic Collection at 12s1 Zvenigorodskaya 2nd Street will host a dinner featuring a tasting of sparkling wines and champagne. During the dinner, together with sommelier Roman Meshitbaev, we will taste 7 wines ranging from Champagne to historic Pet-Nats. Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, has prepared a 5-course meal to complement the wines: First Course  — Pet-Nat Rosé — Roasted Italian olives with kombu — Pretzel with ham butter Second course — Tuna tartare in tofu inari with quail egg — 2024 “Miraval”, Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore,  Bellenda Third Course — Salmon with Peking-style vegetables in hoisin sauce on a crispy tortilla — Idolo Metode Traditionel Rose Brut — Relats de Viticultors Brut Nature  Fourth Course — Dorado fillet with zucchini spaghetti and tom yum sauce — Champagne Soutiran “Signature” Grand Cru Brut from a magnum — Champagne Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Herve Brisson “Le Long du Chemin” (decanted) Fifth Course — Tarte Tatin made with seasonal apples, caramel sauce, and vanilla ice cream — Bosc d’La Rei Moscato d’Asti DOCG Batasiolo 2024 Ticket price per person: 11,900 rubles Guests arrive at 7:00 PM.
