November 14 More Meat! Festival starts in Lambic! These are not just a few new dishes from our brand chefs Denis Kuznetsov and Evgeny Goncharov, but a specially designed menu, together with sommelier Diana Dvoretskaya. We considered seasonality when choosing side dishes and marinades for alternative steaks made from premium beef, and choose the perfect red from the updated Lambic wine list for every dish.

  • Denver steak with spinach and parsnips, recommended with a glass of Carmenere Syrah Reserva Maule DO J. Bouchon 2019
  • Beef sausage with potatoes and mustard sauce, recommended with a glass of Tempranillo Organic Rueda DO Cuatro Rayas 2018
  • Picanha steak with asparagus, recommended with a glass of Philipp Kuhn, Spatburgunder Tradition
  • Skirt steak with oyster mushroom confit and potatoes, recommended with a glass of Carmenere Syrah Reserva Maule DO J. Bouchon 2019
  • Flank steak with roasted peppers and plum, recommended with a glass of Paxton, AAA Shiraz
  • Steak Chuck roll with fennel and baked tomatoes, recommended with a glass of Malbec Luigi Bosca
  • Beef cheeks with  green buckwheat, recommended with a glass of Tempranillo Organic Rueda DO Cuatro Rayas 2018

On May 13 at 8:00 PM, Lambic Collection will host a light spring tasting of traditional Belgian lambic with fruit. This time, together with sommelier Fyodor Muzhichenkov, we will sample some interesting and rare Belgian varieties: 1. Tilquin Oude Quetsche a l'Ancienne 2. Cantillion Rose 3.
