These are not just a few new dishes from our brand chefs Denis Kuznetsov and Evgeny Goncharov, but a specially designed menu, together with sommelier Diana Dvoretskaya. We considered seasonality when choosing side dishes and marinades for alternative steaks made from premium beef, and choose the perfect red from the updated Lambic wine list for every dish.
