Spring is the time of the traditional renewal of the main menu in our restaurants. This time we decided to add hits from past specials to the menu, which our guests most requested to cook again.
From the autumn Mexican menu, a quesadilla with chicken was added to the main menu, to which a second option was added — with a beef brisket.
From the Russian Seasons menu, which we have been preparing all last winter, we took bruschetta with sprat and herring, and from the 2021 menu with different types of Belgian waffles — zucchini, with wasabi shrimp, guacamole and lettuce.
Currywurst — the famous Berlin street food — grilled chicken sausage in tomato curry with french fries, cheese sauce and pickled cucumber. This dish was the sole leader on the Oktoberfest menu.
The latest novelty was baked eggplant with suluguni, tomatoes and hummus, which replaced baked ramiro peppers in tonnato sauce.
In addition, updates have received a few more dishes. Octopus salad is now cooked with marinated artichokes, and the classic English fish & chips has become much larger, now served with tartar sauce and moved to the main dishes section.
Now about the novelties in the bar list.
Returned to the menu Prosecco from Valdobbiadene from the winery Villa Sandi («Villa Sandi»). Undoubtedly, one of the best proseccos that will perfectly refresh you on a spring day!
Also, a representative of the «big five» leading cognac producers and the only independent family cognac house among them, as well as the spokesman for the Borderie terroir in the Cognac region, the Camus cognac series, appeared.
We have added to the Onegin tinctures section all four types that were so loved by the guests during our seasonal menu «Russian Seasons».
And they expanded the map of liqueurs, among the new products — nutty Frangelico and grassy «Italian» Fernet-Branka.
Every Wednesday at Brasserie Lambic, the restaurant waives the markup on ten popular menu items. Through mid-May, guests can enjoy the menu’s best-sellers at cost price every Wednesday. Ten dishes from the main menu are featured in the promotion each week, and the selection will change weekly. The rules are simple: head to Lambic on Wednesday, look for the burgundy price tags on the menu, and enjoy the chain’s most popular dishes at the best possible price. If you haven’t visited Brasserie Lambic yet, this is the perfect opportunity! List of participating restaurants: 40A Myasnitskaya St., 7s1 Strastnoy Blvd., 15s1 Verkhnyaya Radishchevskaya St., 33/1 Gogolevsky Blvd., 3s5 Turchaninov Lane, 2 Khodynsky Blvd., 16s2 Krasnoproletarskaya St., 5A Dmitriya Ulyanova St., and 11/32 Vorontsovo Pole.

Introducing the first menu update at Lambic Collection! Our chef, Ivan Negutarov, has created 15 new dishes that are the perfect accompaniment to the drinks on Lambic’s beer and wine lists! Let’s start our tour of the new dishes with the appetizers section — beef tartare with ndui sauce, steamed brioche with beef short ribs, turkey pâté, cheese croquettes with jamón, and beef brisket tacos. For salads, there’s a new mushroom salad with baby spinach, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. In the main courses section, be sure to try the new mini burgers with a trendy presentation in pepper sauce or the burger with crispy dorado. For a group, we recommend the pork knuckle or the crispy-breaded sea bream with squid. In the guests’ favorite “Pasta” section, there are three new additions: shrimp ravioli, Roman-style carbonara, and spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. Our pastry chef, Angelina Morozova, has created three new desserts, and each one is worth trying: — Tiramisu: homemade savoiardi cookies with mascarpone mousse and caramel. — Belgian Waffle: a coffee mousse dessert shaped like a Belgian waffle. — Lemon Choux: two mousse pastries with a liquid center inside. We hope these new dishes will be a great excuse to get together with friends and family at Lambic Collection!
