From 28 June, according to the decree of the Mayor of Moscow, you can get into the halls of our restaurants by presenting a QR code and passport. For guests who do not have a code, there are summer terraces in all our restaurants.
Now for the fun! We are launching new promotions on the LambicClub card!
From Monday to every all Lambic we are preparing a large platter of shrimps on ice for 1100 rubles instead of 1990 rubles with club card. Also, every Monday we give away any draft beer with a volume of 0.33l for 230 rubles. The promotion is valid only for orders inside restaurants.
And one more piece of news, — about delivery and self-delivery! Delivery can still be ordered on our website or through our partners Yandex.Food and Delivery Club. And from Monday, June 28 we will add the ability to place an order with self-delivery and through our own website and through delivery services.

Every Wednesday at Brasserie Lambic, the restaurant waives the markup on ten popular menu items. Through mid-May, guests can enjoy the menu’s best-sellers at cost price every Wednesday. Ten dishes from the main menu are featured in the promotion each week, and the selection will change weekly. The rules are simple: head to Lambic on Wednesday, look for the burgundy price tags on the menu, and enjoy the chain’s most popular dishes at the best possible price. If you haven’t visited Brasserie Lambic yet, this is the perfect opportunity! Introducing the first menu update at Lambic Collection! Our chef, Ivan Negutarov, has created 15 new dishes that are the perfect accompaniment to the drinks on Lambic’s beer and wine lists! Let’s start our tour of the new dishes with the appetizers section — beef tartare with ndui sauce, steamed brioche with beef short ribs, turkey pâté, cheese croquettes with jamón, and beef brisket tacos. For salads, there’s a new mushroom salad with baby spinach, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. In the main courses section, be sure to try the new mini burgers with a trendy presentation in pepper sauce or the burger with crispy dorado. For a group, we recommend the pork knuckle or the crispy-breaded sea bream with squid. In the guests’ favorite “Pasta” section, there are three new additions: shrimp ravioli, Roman-style carbonara, and spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. Our pastry chef, Angelina Morozova, has created three new desserts, and each one is worth trying: — Tiramisu: homemade savoiardi cookies with mascarpone mousse and caramel. — Belgian Waffle: a coffee mousse dessert shaped like a Belgian waffle. — Lemon Choux: two mousse pastries with a liquid center inside. We hope these new dishes will be a great excuse to get together with friends and family at Lambic Collection!
