Say Cheese!

We at Lambic are actively preparing for the summer season, in all restaurants we are building verandas, many of which will be transformed this year! Already on May holidays, most of them will receive the first guests.

The chefs are not far behind, and by before the beginning of the warm season, we have prepared a new special menu, which has already started in all Lambic! This time the theme is dishes from cheese and with its addition. We selected 7 popular varieties, with which the Lambic brand chef came up with author's dishes for every taste.

First new — our interpretation of the classic burrata serving with tomatoes and homemade pesto, served with crushed pistachios and lettuce.

Next up is our favourite — an amazing combination of a traditional Belgian waffle with smoked camembert and caramel apple.

For dessert beers, we recommend airy parmesan popcorn with berry sauce.

Creamy soup 4 cheese turned out thick and saturated. To prepare it, we use 5 cheeses in 4 textures, a light aroma of smoked meat which gives a brisket — beef for which is first marinated, then smoked and baked at a low temperature.

This is followed by a no less interesting brioche sandwich with Tambov ham, cheese and cheese sauce — Our take on the classic French croque monsieur, in which creamy brioche is perfectly complemented by ham, two types of cheese, cheese sauce and a side dish of Ramiro peppers and jalapenos.

Desserts in this time there are two — a large portion of delicate mascarpone cream with spicy biscuit, berries and mint oil and our experiment — Italian gelato ice cream made with the addition of Gorgonzola cheese, with the addition of orange chutney.

We picked up 5 drinks to apply the to the long-awaited warm weather and meetings on the Lambic verandahs!

Try the light Apricot Spritz, the refreshing Sicilian Orange Gin Tonic or the author's variation of a tini cocktail — Passion Fruit Martini. Strawberry Sangria, served in a large jug for two, is perfect for long conversations, and mango-passion fruit-coconut lemonade will add bright colors to any meeting.

New pitches of Lambic's favorite dishes

Dear guests, we are pleased to announce a major update of the main menu! We always strive to please you not only with taste and consistently high quality, but also with harmonious presentation, so in addition to new dishes we have updated your favorite Lambic items. We have added new accents to familiar recipes to make the taste even more interesting and the presentation more aesthetically pleasing. Look for the special «new serving» icon on the menu and get reacquainted with our hits! The most changes are in the appetizers section: renewed bruschetta on brioche from our own bakery, serving of smorrebros has been supplemented with cucumber and olive tartare, tender chicken pate with caramelized onions is now served with strawberry jam, and eggplant — with Greek zadziki sauce and grilled tomato. Mini-chebureks are now rectangular with more filling, and beef steak with seafood is now served with pepper-cheese sauce. Two new dishes with duck — olivier and taco, which have become hits of the spring special menu among the guests, have been added to the menu. There is a novelty: tiramisu in a nest of kataifi dough with homemade nut liqueur and seasonal berries, which will become a real decoration of your dinner. See you at Lambic!
