A light Belgian tripel with a beautiful yellow-orange color. It has a fairly high strength of 8, 5%. It is made exclusively from quality natural ingredients: hops, barley malt, yeast, several kinds of sugar and pure spring water. After bottling it undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is part of the Ename line, which is named after the abbey of the same name that was destroyed during the French Revolution. The grounds are now home to the monastery's museum. Despite the fact that the abbey has not survived, the brewing traditions of the monks are still honored today - Ename Tripel is brewed according to old recipes, and this is fully reflected in the rich taste of the drink.

Flavor profile

The taste is full-bodied, with an oily texture. Notes of fruit, tones of malt, hops, Belgian yeast dominate, nutty nuances are also noticeable. The aftertaste is long, and apart from flavor nuances, the aroma features notes of honey and minerals.

Gastronomic combinations

In restaurants Ename Tripel beer is usually recommended with white mold cheeses, fish and meat dishes, poultry and scallops.
