La Corne

An excellent representative of the family of quadruplets. It has a pleasant dark brown color and persistent creamy foam. Produced by the Belgian brewery Brasserie d'Ebly. The name of the trademark Corne du Boisdes Pendus ("Horn of the Forest of Hanged Men") is associated with a historical fact - in 1636 during the Franco-Austrian war, the locals hid from the Eastern European soldiers in the forest in the form of a horn. The end of the story was not a happy one, but the drinks made under this brand have an excellent taste characteristics.

Flavor characteristics

The beer has a rich complex taste, dominated by tones of prunes, figs and raisins, which complement the sweet nuances of the malt. The aroma is intense, with notes of vanilla, oak, malt and dried fruits.

Gastronomic combinations

In beer restaurants, La Corne Quadruple is often recommended with fish and meat smoked meats, medium-rare steaks, dry-aged sausages and bitter chocolate desserts.
