Rebelse Strop

<p>The "little brother" of Gentse Strop. The main difference from the classic brew is the use of a special strain of Brett yeast, which is usually used for the production of lambic beers. In combination with dry-hoping it results in a beverage with a great taste and aroma. After bottling Rebelse Strop leaves the beer to ferment for a long time, which makes all the nuances of taste even more intense.</p> <p><strong>Flavor profile</strong></p> <p>The taste is soft, rounded, with light acidity and noticeable hop bitterness.
