Omer VanderGhinste

Strong pale ale with a rich taste and interesting aroma. For the production of Omer Traditional Blonde the best malted barley, the purest water and three kinds of hops from Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are used. It is this composition that gives the drink its bright hop bitterness. First the beer is fermented for 4-5 days at 20 degrees, then it is kept at ambient temperature for a few weeks, and after that the wort is supplemented with fresh yeast and sugar and bottled where we finish the fermentation process once more. Finally, Omer Traditional Blonde "rests" for another 3 weeks before it goes to bars and restaurants.

Flavour profile

The drink has a rich, dense taste, slightly sweet, with dominant fruit notes, as well as nuances of malt, spice, honey and a slight hop bitterness. The aroma shows hints of golden wheat with subtle notes of fruit and yeast.

Gastronomic combinations

In beer restaurants Omer Traditional Blonde is often offered as an aperitif. Also the drink goes well with fish and meat dishes.
