Orval

<p>Orval light amber ale is a unique beer with an excellent flavor profile and multifaceted aroma. It is highly appreciated by fans all over the world and Michael Jackson - once called "the best in the world" in his book. It has been produced since 1931 at Notre Dame d'Orval Abbey. It is the only product of the brewery, so special attention is paid to the process of making Orval beer. There are two kinds of malt, pale and caramelized, the purest spring water from Matilda spring, aromatic German and Slovenian hops and a special strain of yeast.</p> <p>The beer is bottled in kegs and ripened there for 3-5 weeks. There may be a yeast residue on the bottom that contains a lot of vitamin B.</p> <p><strong>Flavor Features</strong></p> <p>Has a tart, dry flavor that has pronounced notes of malt, grapefruit bitterness, tones of pepper, lemon, grass, apples and bread.
