Mount St. Bernard Abbey

Strong dark ale with a real English character. Tynt Meadow is made using the highest quality ingredients, in particular specially prepared water, malt and hops. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. The production is located in Mount St. Bernard Abbey in Leicestershire, the twelfth Trappist brewery in the world. The drink, according to the best traditions of the direction, turns out strong (about 7%) and quite dense, copper-brown in color with a persistent beige foam. Tint Meadow's serving temperature is usually 12-14 degrees, so the richness of taste and aroma unfolds better.

Flavour profile

It has a distinctly bright, peppery note which is in harmony with the malty nuances of fruit and biscuits. The aftertaste is long, with dry fruit and hops in the finale. The aroma, too, is dominated by fruit, as well as nuances of raisins and hops.

Gastronomic combinations

Restaurants often recommend grilled red meat, deli meats, baked poultry, and a variety of classic appetizers for Tynt Meadow.
